Had a maintenance appointment set up in march for my moms furnace since november because thatβs how far out they were scheduling. drove from an hour and a half away to handle this appointment only to call them for a time update and find out they tried call this morning that they need to reschedule due to emergencies and that they can reschedule in May ! absolutely ridiculous!!! Quick Flash always handled things better before Mr.Hollands took over!

Thank you once again for coming to the rescue! My drains are working perfectly again. The plumbing team was fast, friendly and efficient. The cost was reasonable for the work needed. I have more work that needs to be done and will definitely schedule with Mr Holland in the near future. Thank you!

Hartlaub services lived up to their name and business motto on my project. Jack was a very trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable individual who takes pride in his work. We are so thankful to have found a company with employees that we can trust to do a good job, and respect our home & pets, when we can not be home to watch over during the project. Jack was on top of all communications at the drop of a hat during the project. he would take any time needed to answer our questions even at less convenient times. Jack went above and beyond by talking with our family members in the trade and assuring them that the job will be done correctly. Our tankless water heater works VERY well and all of our plumbing looks professional and top notch! Very messy job but the crew was always careful to clean up after themselves to not track it all around our house. Huge thank you to Jack, Allen, Kyle and Nick for all of the effort put in on our project! Highly recommend!!

I have tried to work with this company multiple times and every single time have had issues. Their quotes are always insanely overpriced and the one time I did buy from them, they left my house with my sink leaking (Didn't leak before they came) and refused to do anything to fix it. I purchased their "Priority Club" service to get a discount on the work I had done, and the Priority Club is supposed to include 2 day priority service, discounts, and a free furnace and AC tune up. I called for a furnace tune up, had to book it over a month out, and then got a call the night before telling me they had to reschedule the tune up. Beyond frustrating to work with and overpriced for what is received.

I called them to get a new furnace quote to replace my 38 year old Whirlpool/Heil furnace. I was provided a 3-hour visit window for the following day and they came out at the beginning of the window - awesome! The sales rep/tech was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. We talked about all the various models of furnace units they sell; the nose-wipers, the cheap and cheerfuls, the install it and have minimal YOY costs. In the end, they were nearly $1k below thier competitors for a furnace that was 10k BTUs above the other quotes. And he walked me through the mathematics of how we needed the 100k vs 80k BTU unit given house size and zone. The price was all-in, and they even through in the yearly membership for tuneups. I went from thining this would be a house cost within the next 6 months to booking it the next day. Install was a week later. 2 techs showed up promptly at the given window for install and set about getting it done. They kicked out carpet and plastic sheeting on all areas they'd be walking and working on; they swept up and cleaned out the old space to make the new furnace space ready; clean gas piping, new PVC runs that were put through my foundation / capped the old one neatly; wired up my old Honeywell thermostat to be easily swapped out with the Ecobee that's arriving later this week. At every step they were friendly, explained what they would be doing, why, what the code was for a couple of things, and were just all around good guys. Admittedly, I figured that calling one of the "big brands" was going to be sterile and expensive. I am pleased to report the opposite and would recommend Mr. Holland to anyone needing work done.

We have had a furnace that has been on its last breath for quite some time, and I had spoken with Mike Hartlaub several times, and we finally pulled the plug after some safety concerns with the furnace in regards to CO leaks. The scheduling department contacted us immediately, and got us on the schedule for the week after. π Today's install went very well, notification prior to arrival with the install technicians photo, technicians were well dressed, friendly (even called before arriving wanting to know if I wanted him to get me a coffee) and was more concerned about protecting my house than I was, booties over their boots, laid down rugs to protect the floor. π Technician's arrived at 8:30am and left by 3pm, very nice clean install. I would highly recommend Hartlaub Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric, they may be a bit more expensive than some, but...You get what you pay for! Thanks Mike!

Weβve had work done by Hartlaub a few times. The service is well done but the customer service not so much. Trying to call into the office and ask question you will be constantly interrupted and made to feel stupid. I think weβll go elsewhere for future service. Update - we recently had them maintain our furnace and a/c as a part of a maintenance package we had previously purchased. Somehow one of the propellers on our air conditioner is bent. The tech also never even came back into our house after we signed to have him treat the drain pan. He said he needed to run out to his truck and never came back in the house.

Hartlaub services will be my go to service whenever anything goes wrong with my home far as hot water heater, plumbing etc. It was my first time using they service and Kyle Kuhs was fast and completed β the job successfully. Iβm happy now π
